This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Peasants Prescription ("we," "us," "our") at https://peasantsprescription.com/.
 
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT
The Peasant's Prescription is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF. No physical book or item is shipped. You receive immediate access to your download after your payment is successfully processed. This is clearly stated on our product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 
2. OUR 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with The Peasant's Prescription, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. Simply email us at hellowhispers@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief note, and we will process your refund to your original payment method. You may keep the book.
 
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, email hellowhispers@gmail.com within 60 days of purchase with:
- The name and email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
 
4. DIGITAL DELIVERY DISCLOSURE
Because this product is a digital download, the nature of the product (a PDF, not a physical book) is disclosed clearly before purchase. Requests based solely on a misunderstanding that a physical book would be shipped are addressed through this disclosure; if you believe there was a genuine delivery error, contact us and we will make it right.
 
5. CHARGEBACKS
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at hellowhispers@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessible may be disputed with evidence of delivery and pre-purchase disclosure.
 
6. EU / UK CUSTOMERS
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, by purchasing and accessing the digital download immediately, you acknowledge that you receive the content right away and, where applicable, you agree to begin performance and waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This does not affect the voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee described above.
